New Features, Enhancements and Fixes

New Features

  • Sprint Import & Export – Users can now import sprint data from external files (like spreadsheets) into Kroolo or export existing sprint data. This is useful for teams migrating from another tool or needing to share sprint data outside the platform.

  • Portfolio Budget Mapping – This links budget figures directly to items within a Portfolio, so financial tracking is now embedded in Kroolo's project management view rather than managed separately.

  • Portfolio Custom Column Filters – Users can filter Portfolio views using custom fields/columns they've defined, making it easier to slice and view portfolio data based on criteria specific to their workflow.

  • Risk Module Enhancements – Improvements to the tool that tracks and manages project risks — likely including better tracking, categorisation, or visibility of risk items tied to projects.

  • Shared List View filtering – When a List View is shared with others (e.g., via a link or across teams), filters applied to that view now work properly, letting shared viewers see a filtered subset rather than the full unfiltered list.

  • Milestone filter for Project and Sprint tasks – A new filter lets users narrow down tasks by milestone within both Projects and Sprints, helping teams focus on tasks tied to specific milestone deadlines.

Enhancements

AI Agents

  • Improved AI Agent caching and global mention experience – AI Agent responses now load faster due to caching, and "mentioning" an AI agent (like tagging it in a message) works more smoothly across the platform.

  • Knowledge Base improvements for Kroolo Sources – The underlying knowledge sources that AI agents pull information from have been refined, likely improving the accuracy or relevance of AI-generated answers.

  • AI Credits enhancements for Mars Chat (Ask AI) and Create Use Cases – Changes to how AI credits (usage quotas) are tracked or consumed specifically within the "Mars Chat" AI assistant and the "Create Use Cases" feature.

  • Agent Usage page UI revamp using reusable Card components – The page showing AI agent usage stats has been redesigned with modular "card" UI elements, likely for a cleaner look and easier future updates.

Projecta & Boards

  • Applied filter persistence for Project, Sprint, and Board views – Filters you apply now stay in place when you navigate away and return, instead of resetting each time.

  • Enhanced Checkbox and Switch filters – The filter controls using checkboxes and toggle switches have been improved, likely for better usability or more accurate filtering behaviour.

  • Gantt View user preference persistence – Personal settings/preferences in Gantt chart views (like zoom level or column layout) are now remembered between sessions.

  • Improved drag-and-drop ordering and grouping behaviour – Dragging and dropping tasks to reorder or regroup them now works more reliably and predictably.

  • Multi-select custom field support during grouping – Users can now group tasks/items by custom fields that allow multiple selected values, rather than being limited to single-value fields.

Portfolio

  • Budget mapping to Projects – Budgets can now be tied directly to individual Projects within a Portfolio (related to the new Budget Mapping feature above).

  • Portfolio multi-select improvements – Selecting multiple items within Portfolio views has been made smoother and more functional.

Automation

  • Improved email HTML parsing and document conversion – When automations process incoming emails (e.g., converting them into tasks), the system now handles HTML-formatted emails and file conversions more accurately.

  • Enhanced inbound email processing – The overall pipeline for receiving and processing emails into Kroolo (e.g., creating tickets/tasks from emails) has been made more robust.

Forms & Editors

  • Attachment upload support via Paste and Drag & Drop – Users can now attach files to forms by pasting them directly or dragging and dropping, rather than only using a file browser.

  • Improved Add New Column modal behaviour – The pop-up window for adding new columns (e.g., in a table or board) now behaves better — likely fixing glitches or improving usability.

  • Form template naming improvements – Naming forms based on templates has been refined, possibly avoiding duplicate or unclear names.

Bug Fixes

Projects & Boards

  • Fixed Group By "None" issue – Resolved a bug where grouping tasks by "no group" (None) wasn't working correctly.

  • Fixed multiple milestone marking and task duplication issues – Fixed bugs where marking multiple milestones or accidentally duplicating tasks caused problems.

  • Fixed newly created item grouping in List View – New items created in List View now get grouped correctly instead of appearing out of place.

  • Fixed DnD item positioning issues – Drag-and-drop (DnD) items now land in the correct position instead of misplacing after a drag action.

  • Fixed view-specific skeleton loading – The placeholder "skeleton" loading animations (shown while content loads) now display correctly for each specific view type.

Permissions & Security

  • Prevented Admins from changing module ownership or removing module owners – A security fix restricting Admin-level users from being able to reassign or remove ownership of a module, likely to protect against accidental or unauthorised ownership changes.

General

  • Menu styling fixes – Minor visual/styling bugs in menus across the platform were corrected.

  • Font size consistency improvements – Font sizes were standardised across the platform so text appears uniform.

  • Various UI refinements and platform stability fixes – A catch-all for smaller UI polish and stability-related bug fixes not itemised individually.

Performance Improvements

  • Optimised Workspace creation component and API – Both the front-end component and back-end API for creating workspaces were made more efficient (faster, less resource-intensive).

  • Improved AI Agent page rendering with reusable CardWrapper – The AI Agent-related pages now render faster by reusing a standardised "CardWrapper" component instead of rebuilding UI elements repeatedly.
