New features

  • Settings: The Org Structure view displays your organisation’s hierarchy, showing roles, reporting lines, and team relationships. It helps visualise ownership and accountability across departments for easier navigation and management.

  • Onboarding: The Onboarding Landing introduces new users with a clean, guided start page that highlights key actions and resources. An AI Popup appears contextually, offering smart tips and personalised assistance to simplify the onboarding journey.

  • Boards: The Connect Board in One‑Way Sync lets you link an external board so updates flow into your workspace, but changes made here won’t push back to the source. It’s designed for visibility and tracking without altering the original board’s data.

Enhancements

  • The Leave Overview – Show Client feature in the Leave Hub highlights which client has been added to a leave request. This ensures transparency by linking leave entries with client associations, making tracking and reporting clearer for managers and teams.

  • Global- The Date Created column renderer ensures that every project, sprint, all‑sprints view, and board displays creation dates in a consistent format. This brings uniformity across the Data Grid, improving clarity and tracking for all entries.

  • The Project Risk‑Status API optimisation improves performance by streamlining data calls and reducing response time. It ensures faster, more reliable risk‑status updates across projects, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

  • Global: The Date Created column renderer ensures that every entry across Projects, Sprints, All Sprints, and Boards displays creation dates in a unified format. This consistency improves readability, reduces confusion, and makes tracking timelines more reliable for all users.

  • Projects: Column list API optimisation has been implemented across Projects, Epics, Boards, and Portfolios. This enhancement reduces response time and ensures smoother data retrieval. It also improves scalability for larger workspaces, delivering a more consistent and efficient user experience.

  • Portfolios: Enhance Portfolio Data Grid header and row padding for improved spacing and readability. This update ensures a cleaner visual hierarchy, making headers stand out more distinctly. It also provides balanced row padding, resulting in a more consistent and user‑friendly layout across portfolio views.

  • Integrations: Extend user mapping limit to 30 in integration for greater flexibility and scalability. This enhancement supports larger teams by accommodating more mapped users per workspace. It also streamlines integration workflows, ensuring smoother collaboration across connected platforms.

  • Tasks: Mouse hover now reveals the full task name on the timer for quick identification. This enhancement improves usability by reducing ambiguity when multiple tasks are active. It also ensures smoother navigation, helping users track and manage time more efficiently.

  • Integration: In Azure Boards, the ability to select multiple teams while importing has been introduced for greater flexibility. This enhancement streamlines bulk imports, allowing broader team collaboration in a single action. It also reduces manual effort, ensuring smoother setup and faster onboarding across multiple teams

Fixes

  • Projects: The alignment issue in Edit Project has been fixed, ensuring fields and labels display consistently. This improvement enhances readability and provides a cleaner interface. It also streamlines editing workflows, making project updates smoother and more intuitive.

  • Leave Hub: The issue where the filter displayed even when no client was mapped to any member has been fixed. This ensures cleaner views by only showing relevant filters. It also improves usability, reducing confusion and making the interface more intuitive for users.

  • Projects: The missing tooltip on the + icon for Manage Columns has been fixed, ensuring users receive proper guidance when adding new columns. This improvement enhances clarity and consistency across the interface, reducing confusion. It also streamlines workflows by making column management more intuitive and user‑friendly.

  • Global: The text field hidden issue in Manage View (when adding a new view) has been fixed, ensuring all input fields are now visible. This improvement enhances usability by allowing users to configure views seamlessly, without interruption. It also provides a more consistent and reliable experience across the Manage View interface.

  • Portfolio: The issue where the ‘Start Date This Month’ filter in Portfolios showed no projects, even when a project with a June 1 start date existed, has been fixed. This ensures accurate filtering, so projects that start within the current month are properly displayed. It also improves portfolio visibility, making timeline tracking more reliable and consistent.

  • Portfolio: The issue where Edit Task functionality was not working in the Portfolio All‑Tasks list has been fixed. This improvement restores seamless task editing directly from the portfolio view. It also enhances workflow efficiency, ensuring updates can be made quickly without navigating away.

  • Portfolio: The issue where, after grouping by Project and switching Portfolios, the Group By label incorrectly showed ‘Status’ on return in the consolidated view has been fixed. This ensures the correct grouping label is retained when navigating between portfolios. It also improves consistency and accuracy in consolidated views, making portfolio analysis more reliable.

  • AI: The issue where AI Suggestions returned the same results on repeated clicks of the Suggest button has been fixed. This enhancement ensures fresh, varied suggestions are generated with each click. It also improves user experience by delivering more dynamic and relevant recommendations.
